Stuart Rowland

Head Chef

The head chef of the hotel comes with over 25 years experience in the catering industry having worked in high end 5 star hotels through to boutique country inns. Fresh food prepared daily, Stuart makes wonderful lasagna, chicken pies and curries. A well balanced diet is provided, with a good mix of comfort foods, and healthy options. He can cater for most dietary requirements; just ask when you are making a booking.
